Compare the settings of the old moodle (https://mdl.math.uni-paderborn.de/?redirect=0) with the new moodle (https://moodle.math.uni-paderborn.de/?redirect=0) and change the colour of the new moodle to the lighter one from the old one. It should be doable in the moodle settings, probably appearance or somewhere there)
